Lawrence Tierney was crazy in that movie. He was kind of wild in real life too. He had many run-ins with the police, barroom fights, etc.
More than that. There was the incident where a former girlfriend of Tierney's went flying out of a window to her death. He was never charged, but he was the only one besides her in the room at the time.

And then of course, the famous Seinfeld episode playing Elaine's father. He scared the cast and crew so much, they never invited him back, especially after he stole a carving knife from the Seinfeld apartment set and threatened Jerry with it.

Hummm. Would I steal the PSG or the car? Maybe both.

Stash the PSG in the trunk and then squeal the tires as I make my getaway...
