I used the Alexander Technique a lot when recovering from pretty severe overuse injuries. I think its basic premise is to relax and get your body working in the most natural way for you.
I think it’s basic premise is worthwhile looking into this and the Feldenkrais Method, both kinds of do the same thing. I say this to any serious player who wants to get better!
And of course, play in front of people as much as you can. Eventually it is no big deal!
