If you are coming from the DFW airport, ride the TEXRAIL from Terminal B to the downtown Fort Worth central station. Contact the hotel at 817-293-3088 to request shuttle pickup.

If you are staying at the Hampton Inn (our overflow hotel), call 817-293-3088, for to and from the Doubletree...they will only run morning and evening, no back and forth.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Im flying in from Ohio Thursday, this is my first time attending the TSGA. Can anyone tell me if there will be any food vendors at the event location?
Also will they allow a back pack with bottled water inside? I emailed the TSGA with similar questions but they havent responded.
Looking forward to attending! Jason

They're real busy right now, as you can imagine! You're gonna have a blast, you'll be back I'm sure.

The hotel makes money off the restaurant, so no, no other food will be available. Many of us keep an ice chest in the room, grocery stores abound. I just bite the bullet and eat there, it's a big vacation for me. No worries about bottled water etc. That 20$ parking's gonna hurt a bit though!
Too much junk to list... always getting more.

It's my understanding that the DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Worth South, location for the TSGA, is NOT charging for parking for TSGA registered hotel guests, and not charging parking for people attending each day for the Jamboree. I asked the hotel staff this question when calling for information. This info can be confirmed at the hotel front desk upon arrival.
