Um, actually I just remembered we have a lawyer in one of my groups. But the only thing he can play is mouth harp - it figures. Image

Reece and I have been good friends for over 36 years.(where did the time go Reece?)

Bobbe and I have been friends for the past several years.

I am so glad to see this happening. They are both First Class Gentlemen in my book, and a great asset to the Steel Guitar Community.......al Image Image Image.

Are you telling me that the conflict between Bobbe and Reece was not a joke? Image

..or is this the joke? Image Which is it? Image

My computer has been overwhelmed with thoughtful and kind emails, and I'm personally overwhelmed and appreciative that so many of you would take the time to write and even call.

I would further like to take this opportunity to most sincerely thank those who have responded, and others who may ultimately respond to this thread, as well as those of you who are readers and not active participants of the forum who favorably view the positive spirit intended between Bobbe and I.

I believe those capable of forgiving receive HIS powerful blessing of inner peace without measure.

Again....thank each of you !

What !!!! No boxing gloves ! No WWF pay per view ! News flash....dateline, Nashville....Hillbilly steel guitarists accept Robert Randolph as one of thier own...in a related story...H*LL freezes over, footage at 11:00 .

HAW HAW HAW !

but seriously folks, this is great news. With the steel playing community so small compared to others,we need to take care of each other, cause no one will do it for us. Now lets hold hands and sing "Kumbaya" Image

Both of you guys are very good friends of mine and I could not hear better news than this. This has worried the steel guitar community and I am so glad two men have met and came out even better men for this.

My best to you both. Now get down to work and inspire us like both of you always have.

Reece, you still owe me a featured artist spot on our East Texas Steel Guitar Assoc. monthly meeting. MAKE IT SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bobbe has already done his but the two of you together on the same show would be a great event for all.

God Bless this decision,

They are both my freinds and I want to say "Congratulations" to both of them! This is a good case of where intelligence overrides emotion. They are both my freinds This goes to show that the bonds made in the Steel Guitar World are certainly wrought out of "Steel"! The world could use more of this example!

I like this, because both men had to stand back and make an adjustment to the way they'd been viewing the conflict.

Good news.

It's nice to see common sense prevail !!
It is much more productive to be selling steels than lining the pockets of some law firm !!
