Mele Kalikimaka - beginner steel player

Post by Kris Oprisch »

Howdy there,

I've been playing for about a year. I'm a piano player primarily, so the Steel Guitar is a completely new animal for me.

It's a short video, about 1 min long. I would appreciate any feedback from this community - I know there's a lot of experienced players here.

Thanks and Merry Holidays

Hey Kris, It sounded pretty good to me. I'm a pedal player and I admire you guys who get so much music out of a lap steel. You're doing well. Keep at it and have fun!
