How do you change from 4/4 to 3/4 time in the middle of a so

I make backing tracks constantly with band in a box but I don't know how to do this. Specifically, I am trying to make a practice track for the Lord's Prayer. In the middle of the song, it changes from 4/4 time to 3/4 time. Does anyone know how to do this?

Right click on the bar you want the change to occur on, then click on bar settings, then click on style change. This will open the folder of styles. Pick your style and click open, then click OK. If you want to change back, just repeat these steps.
