Right... Now I remember seeing this when I was thinking of buying a small mill and lathe. Still plan to do that in the not too distant future.
Yes it would take a lot of work doing this with just a drill, hacksaw and files.
A lot of sanding and sweat too! But it could be done.
I really like that your mill has the tilting head which many of the smaller ones don't offer. I'm sure thats a feature I'll be wanting also.

Actually Andy I have never tilted it, once I got it tramed in I use a tilting vice for those few and far between angle Jobs. I also use angle Jigs on longer stuff once you move it off plumb it can be a pain to get back.
