I spent several years at the Stagecoach Ballroom in Ft. Worth,Tx working with Dennis. He was quite a bass player and singer. Rest in peace my friend.

I met Dennis a long time ago was a real Gem, deepest sympathies to his loved ones.

Very sad to hear about Dennis. Another piece of my youth gone. Yes, Tommy, Norm is still alive, I'm glad to say.

Just heard of Dennis' passing of Covid complications from his son Dean. I got to know him in the last 20 years or so, great guy. Knew the country music business as well as anyone and could do it all. Last time I saw him was before Covid backstage at the Marty Stuart show in Petaluma:
