I believe the gent on the right and the lady in the middle are Smokey and Lucille Smith. Smokey was a performer and superb country music promoter from the Midwest area. I recently read the book SMOKEY - LegendaryLife of Iowa's Mr. Country Music. You can recognize Smokey by his trademark suit that had a front pocket for his cigars.

BTW, the book is a fabulous read for classic country music enthusiasts. Smokey knew & promoted practically everyone from Little Jimmy Dickens to Johhny Cash.

And check out Smokey’s slick footwear. :whoa: Dress to impress.
The guy on the bench behind Smokey looks like he’s trying to swipe some licks from the steeler.
