TC Electronic pedal

Post by David Rupert »

I just purchased a TC Electronic pedal. It's the Mojo Mojo Overdrive Pedal. I owned one around 5 years ago too, but had to sell it.

My question is; the Mojo Mojo Pedal I had 5 years ago had a footswitch that was totally quiet & very smooth to push with my finger. TC Electronic used to boast about there switches being totally silent, with no clicking sound. Well, the one I have now isn't that way. It makes a clicking sound when pressed & isn't smooth. It's like an old Boss or MXR pedal.

Does anyone have a new TC Electronic pedal, especially the Mojo Mojo Overdrive Pedal? If so...does it make a clicking sound when the footswitch is pressed?

I can't actually speak to ANYONE at TC Electronic now....they don't have the option to actually speak to a person & ask questions anymore. Another great company gone to he//...very sad.

Thanks for reading 📚

Please feel free to contact me by phone or email, as I don't get on the forum on a daily basis. I'm hoping the pedal isn't defective.

I have a Mojomojo.
Like it for modest drive
The button is clicky noisy

I don’t mind. There’s always something noisy happening then
