BL 705 Pick Up

Post by Bob Jennings »

I have this Pick Up and would like to install it in my Steel replacing the original one., I'm not real knowledgeable on electronics so I need some guidance. There are two wires taped together--A White Wire and Green Wire; There are two more wires--A Red one and a Ground. What I need to know is how to connect these wires. Any Help will be appreciated.

Black and bare are ground, red is the hot lead. White and green solder together and don’t hook to anything. Put some electrical tape or better yet, some heat shrink over them so they do not short out.
