Cross rod Shafts

I just recently got an Emmons Legrande that needs a lot of TLC. I have the undercarriage out except for the cross rods it looks like there’s a spring loaded plunger holding those shafts in . Any help on getting those out some of the rods on the C6th side wouldn’t even move ,a little penetrating oil finally got them moving again but I would like to get them all out for a better cleaning if possible
